What Happens When You Sign Up for Our Service
When you choose to place an order for delivery of Primo Water to your home or business (the “Service”) either online or by phone, the information necessary to complete your order will be collected by us or by a third-party vendor retained for this purpose. This information may include your name, email address, street address, phone number, and payment information (which may include credit card or debit card information, including your name, card or account number, security code, and expiration date). Your company name may be collected where applicable to your order. If you sign up for the Service without placing an order, we may text you immediately to ask if you would like to place your first order. By providing us with your credit card or debit card information, you authorize us to place the orders you submit and capture payment from your card after each order is delivered. You also authorize us to receive orders via text from the phone number you provide for your account. We may use the phone number or email address you provide to us to communicate with you about issues or questions related to your order. We may email or text you order and delivery confirmations. We may also email you information about promotions, marketing campaigns, and holiday schedules and closings. When you use our texting services, your wireless carrier’s message and data rates for sending and receiving texts may apply.
We occasionally offer special promotions to new and existing customers, using promo codes. These promotions are typically limited to one user per household. By signing up for the Service, you agree to abide by this limitation.
